Welcome to SecureVibe, an AI-powered IDE extension for security analysis and remediation, operated by Readnet Publications ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using SecureVibe (the "Service"), including our extension, website, and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Overview of the Service

SecureVibe allows registered users to scan code for potential security vulnerabilities and receive AI-generated remediation prompts. The extension integrates with supported IDEs and is delivered as a SaaS product.

2. Eligibility

To use SecureVibe, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding legal agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these criteria.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide a valid email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise security.

4. Fair Use and Limitations

Use of the Service is subject to reasonable individual developer limits. Abuse or automated usage of the API beyond reasonable limits may result in throttling, suspension, or account termination.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

SecureVibe and its underlying technology are the property of Readnet Publications. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal development and security purposes.

You retain full ownership of your code and analysis results. We claim no rights over your source material.

7. AI-Generated Content

Remediation suggestions generated by SecureVibe are automated and for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and applying changes in your codebase. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated results.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your usage threatens the integrity or security of the platform
• Required payments are not completed

Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim:

• Any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement
• Liability for any damage to your codebase, data loss, or business interruption
• Security scanning results are not guaranteed to detect all vulnerabilities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Readnet Publications shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or reputation
• Total liability exceeding the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece (EU law), without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
